Evolution Builders is operated and run by two directors with 60 years of combined experience in the building industry. Both Brent and Craig have been problem-solving and innovating new ways to build architectural homes and renovate the old villas and bungalows in Auckland over our careers, so in the unlikely event that we haven’t seen it before, we will work out the very best way to do it.

Another of our specialities is our ability to Project manage large building projects in and around Auckland. We have built great relationships with all our sub-contractors, so to make your building experience easy, you can deal with just one project manager that takes care of the quality, cost and timelines of the whole building project.

We have an in-house accounts manager that tracks your building project all the way through, so the financials for every job are always easily accessible. In addition, you’ll be kept up to date on a weekly/monthly basis, so you will know exactly where your hard-earned dollars are being spent.

We have fantastic onsite building teams, from apprentices that we train to fully qualified carpenters and a select few who become our site managers. All our builders have been trained by Brent and Craig and follow our own Evolution-developed systems checklist, so we keep consistency in our building projects.

Our company ethos is that if we look after our guys, they will do a fantastic job in return. The career path for our young guys is a big focus of what we do, and it is highly rewarding to see a school leaver eventually become a building site manager running projects. All our tradesmen hold certificates in carpentry, and all our Site managers are Licensed Building Practitioners.

Through this affiliation, we can also offer a range of great contracts designed to be up to date with the ever-changing landscape we work in. They range from Full Build fixed price contracts right through to small renovations on Cost Reimbursement style contracts. All the contracts are easy to understand and can be filled out online. Having these ready-to-go contracts takes all of the risk and stress out of the contractual side of your project.
