With this method you only pay for what you use, we can still give an estimate so you have an idea of the costs up front, once we get started we Guarantee that our onsite manager and our in-house accounts systems will track your costs accurately, all our staff fill out daily timesheets and we keep complete transparency as to where your dollars are being spent. You can stay in touch by way of our weekly or monthly printouts. Or upon request at any time.
All our projects are run by one of our Site managers and overviewed by either Brent or Craig the company owners. All our site managers have been trained by us and follow our 180 point systemised construction checklists. They will be focused on detailed project management timelines and working towards structured goal milestones. If for whatever reason the timeline is not being met we will know early on and keep you informed and up to date.
